1. Data controller

2. Personal data processed

• Identity: your name and surname
• Contact: your email address and, optionally, your phone number
• Request content: the information you share in your message
• Security logs: access logs kept technically by the web server, such as IP address, date and time, and browser information

Please do not include sensitive personal data such as health or religious information in your message.

3. Purposes

• Responding to your request and communicating with you
• Carrying out preliminary discussions and preparing proposals for services or collaboration you request
• Keeping the website secure and meeting legal obligations

4. Collection method and legal basis

Your data is collected electronically through the contact form on the website or information you send directly by email or phone. The contact form does not store your information on the server; it opens a pre-filled message in your own email application, which you then send.

Your data is processed on the following legal grounds under Article 5(2) of KVKK: (c) it is directly related to the formation or performance of a contract; (ç) it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation; and (f) it is necessary for the legitimate interest of the data controller in responding to your request, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.

5. Transfers

Your personal data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. The website and the iletisim@munircal.com mailbox are hosted on the servers of my web hosting provider, where your emails are stored. Where legally required, your data may be shared with authorized public authorities.

6. Retention

Correspondence is kept for no longer than 2 years after your request is concluded and is then deleted or anonymized. If a contractual relationship is established, the applicable statutory retention periods apply.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in KVKK, request that such actions be notified to third parties, object to outcomes against you arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
